Open the course and switch to the Support tab below the lesson.
Click + Contact instructor.
Choose a category: Question, Content issue, Technical problem, Refund request or General.
Enter a subject and description and click Send request.
All your requests and their status are under My content → Creator support. When the creator replies, you get a notification.
