You generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you agreed at checkout that the content should be provided immediately.
Option 1: in your purchase history
Open My account → Purchase history.
Select the order and click Withdraw from contract.
Option 2: via the footer link
Click Withdraw from contract in the footer.
Enter your order number (e.g. B-2026-000123, shown in your order confirmation) and your email address.
Click Show order and follow the steps.
You can also withdraw informally by email to [email protected].
Refund
After a valid withdrawal you receive your money back within 14 days at the latest – using the same payment method you paid with. The status in your purchase history then changes to refunded.
